In the unlikely event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights, ssjili will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected Players without undue delay, as required by the Philippine Data Privacy Act and its Implementing Rules.
1.1 ssjili is the personal information controller ("PIC") responsible for the personal data processed in connection with your use of the ssjili Platform. As PIC, ssjili determines the purposes and means of processing your personal information and is accountable for its protection.
1.2 ssjili operates under a PAGCOR e-Games licence and is therefore subject to PAGCOR's data handling requirements in addition to the DPA. Where PAGCOR's requirements impose a higher standard of data protection, those standards shall apply.
1.3 This Policy applies to all personal data collected by ssjili through the Platform, including through the ssjili website, customer support channels, account registration, KYC processes, payment transactions, and marketing communications.
1.4 By registering for a ssjili Account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein, where consent is the applicable legal basis.

13.1 The ssjili Platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment platforms, or game content providers. ssjili's Privacy Policy does not extend to those third-party sites. ssjili is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party operators and recommends that you read the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
13.2 When you access GCash, PayMaya, or your banking app to process a ssjili deposit or withdrawal, you are operating under that payment provider's own privacy policy, not ssjili's.
14.1 ssjili reviews this Privacy Policy at least annually and may update it to reflect changes in our data processing activities, applicable law, or PAGCOR requirements.
