2.2 These Terms apply to all activities conducted on the ssjili Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, use of bonuses, and interaction with customer support.
2.3 ssjili reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your Account or through a notice displayed on the Platform. 2.4 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms, and all references to "you" shall include that person.
3.1 To register for a ssjili Account, you must: (a) be a natural person of at least 21 years of age; (b) be a resident of, or lawfully present in, a jurisdiction where access to and use of the ssjili Platform is legal; (c) not be excluded from gaming under any self-exclusion programme, court order, or PAGCOR directive; (d) not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of ssjili or its affiliated entities.
3.2 Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) ssjili Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.3 During registration and at any subsequent time, ssjili may require you to submit KYC documentation including, but not limited to: (a) a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, UMID, passport, driver's licence, voter's ID); (b) proof of address (utility bill, bank statement); (c) proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
3.4 You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to notify ssjili promptly of any material changes to your registered information.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ssjili Account login credentials. ssjili will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
4.2 You agree to notify ssjili's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Until such notification is received and the Account is secured, ssjili bears no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account activity.
4.3 ssjili strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. While ssjili provides this security feature, you are responsible for activating and maintaining it.
4.4 ssjili reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion if there is reasonable suspicion of: (a) identity fraud or use of false registration information; (b) money laundering or other financial crime; (c) collusion with other Players or Platform employees; (d) any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable Philippine law.
4.5 Inactive Accounts — defined as Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to an administrative fee of ₱100 per month, deducted from any remaining balance, after prior written notice to the registered email address.
5.1 ssjili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. ssjili does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.
5.2 All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment method will be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.3 ssjili processes deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a payment is received in a different currency, it will be converted to PHP at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of processing.
5.4 ssjili employs anti-money laundering (AML) controls consistent with PAGCOR requirements and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). Deposits that trigger AML thresholds will be subject to additional verification before being credited to your Account.
6.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method that: (a) is registered in your name; (b) was used to make at least one deposit on your Account, or has been separately verified by ssjili.
6.2 ssjili will not process withdrawals to any payment method until KYC verification has been completed and approved. Players who have not completed KYC may place wagers but may not withdraw funds.
6.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya — under 5 minutes for amounts up to ₱50,000; BPI, BDO, Metrobank — 1–3 business days; Visa/Mastercard — 3–5 business days. Higher amounts may require additional processing time and enhanced verification.
6.4 ssjili reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there is reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. 6.5 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only real money winnings that satisfy the applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds, where wagering requirements have not been met, are not withdrawable.
7.1 ssjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all ssjili bonuses: (a) bonuses are available to one Account per person, household, IP address, and device; (b) bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim period; (c) bonuses are forfeited if the Account is closed or suspended before wagering requirements are met; (d) ssjili reserves the right to amend or withdraw a promotion at any time with notice.
7.3 Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus + deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before the associated winnings become withdrawable. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game category — slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games may contribute a lesser percentage as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
7.4 Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, placing hedge bets, colluding with other Players, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
8.1 All games available on the ssjili Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
8.2 The outcome of all virtual (non-live) games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). RNG systems used by ssjili game providers are independently audited. ssjili does not manipulate game outcomes.
8.3 Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical outcome of the game in the live studio (e.g., the shuffle and deal of physical cards, the result of a physical roulette wheel spin). Live dealer studios used by ssjili are operated by licensed providers subject to their own regulatory frameworks.
8.4 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game error that results in an ambiguous or disputed outcome, ssjili reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return stakes to Players. 8.5 Bets placed and confirmed are final. No cancellation of a placed, confirmed wager is permitted except where expressly provided for in the specific game rules.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ssjili Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where warranted:
10.1 ssjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible to all registered Players via Account settings: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (c) session time reminders; (d) reality checks; (e) temporary self-exclusion (24 hours to 6 months); (f) permanent self-exclusion.
10.2 Players who have activated a self-exclusion shall not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by registering a new Account. Any Account opened by a self-excluded Player will be closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned where possible.

11.1 All content on the ssjili Platform, including but not limited to the ssjili name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and multimedia elements, is the intellectual property of ssjili or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without ssjili's prior written consent.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by ssjili and its licensors.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ssjili's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12.2 ssjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ssjili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 ssjili is not liable for any losses arising from: (a) interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events; (b) third-party payment provider delays or errors; (c) your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials; (d) any action taken by PAGCOR or other Philippine regulatory authority with respect to your Account.
12.4 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ssjili makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of any game outcome information.
13.1 You may close your ssjili Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon Account closure, any real money balance remaining will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
13.2 ssjili may suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) ssjili is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority; (c) ssjili reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; (d) you provide false information during registration or KYC.
13.3 Upon termination by ssjili for cause under Section 13.2, any real money balance may be withheld pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, forfeited or remitted to PAGCOR as directed.
14.1 In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the ssjili Platform, you should first contact ssjili's customer support team via live chat or at [email protected]. ssjili will investigate all disputes in good faith and endeavour to provide a resolution within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
14.2 If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through ssjili's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR using PAGCOR's official player complaints mechanism.
14.3 For disputes involving amounts not exceeding ₱50,000, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. Mediation shall be conducted under the rules of the Philippine Mediation Center.
14.4 Nothing in this Section limits your right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a competent Philippine court.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
15.2 The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 14.
15.3 ssjili's operations are subject to the authority and oversight of PAGCOR. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a PAGCOR directive or regulation, the PAGCOR directive or regulation shall prevail.
16.1 ssjili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ssjili will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
16.2 Changes required to comply with applicable law, PAGCOR directives, or for reasons of platform security may take effect immediately without prior notice.
16.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at ssjili.org/terms-conditions. By continuing to use the ssjili Platform after any amendment takes effect, you accept the revised Terms in full.
16.4 If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
